Rubber / Ceramic Liners Rubber / ceramic liners are used for wet or dry applications with concentrated wear of coarse material.
Ceramic cylinders within the liner provide the longest wear possible, while the rubber absorbs impact and prevents the ceramic from shattering.
Steel chutes last longer when protected by Dur-X-Line® Rubber / Ceramic Liners.
Rubber Inflatable Chute Liners As they inflate and deflate with minimal air pressure, Dur-X-Line® Inflatable Chute Liners break up material on interior chute surfaces. This prevents build-up of fines and eliminates plugging of screen undersize chutes, for a reduction in downtime and cleaning costs. The liners are designed and engineered to fit existing chutes. They bolt in easily and work with standard air-delivery equipment.
Eccentric Shaft Cover The Dur-X-Line® Rubber Eccentric Shaft Cover can extend the life of a screen box's shaft housing by years. It consists of heavy-duty rubber vulcanized to a metal plate with steel straps for easy installation.
Cross Support ProtectorsDur-X-Line® Rubber Cross Support Protectors lengthen the life of the screen frame structure in any wet or dry, mining or aggregate application. Round and rectangular profiles are customized to fit the machine's bucker bar locations and cross support size. Custom cut notches keep material from working its way through gaps and causing wear. The vulcanized rubber protectors can be installed by one person.
