Our Dur-X-Line® of molded urethane and rubber wear parts continues to set industry benchmarks for durability and lower operating costs. Dur-X-Line® products are engineered with one goal in mind. To make your business more efficient. These quality molded wear parts last longer, require less downtime for maintenance, and are easier to replace than steel.
Each is engineered for a specific application, and all new products are tested under real life conditions before they appear in our literature. Just as important, Dur-X-Line® wear parts are backed by unrivaled sales and engineering support for one reason: We believe that cost effective and custom tailored solutions are the key to your success—as well as the success of Durex-Camline.
Wear Parts Available in Urethane
Dur-X-Line® Urethane Wear Parts are flexible and strong, with high resistance to impact and abrasion. Their surface resists material build-up and damage by oil, grease or solvents. Durex-Camline has been molding urethane products since 1975.

Wear Parts Available in Rubber
Dur-X-Line® Rubber Wear Parts are molded from heavy-duty rubber. Because they typically outlast steel under conditions of severe abrasion and constant impact, these parts reduce maintenance expenses and downtime. Most are available in customized versions for specific aggregate and mining applications.

Wear Parts Available in Urethane or Rubber
The Dur-X-Line® products in the following section are offered in a choice of urethane or rubber for a longer operating life. All have excellent resistance to abrasion, tears, impact and corrosion. Their light weight saves time and labour in installation, and their sound-deadening qualities are helpful in noise reduction.
Durex-Camline will work with you to determine the best wear parts for your wet or dry application.
Urethane is preferred for wet applications and fine material under 1-1/2". It is generally used on the sand chute of wet screening applications, or for a chute carrying a slurry.
Rubber is normally used for coarse material with a diameter of 1-1/2" or larger as it is best for absorbing impact.
The Durex-Camline Screening Experts can help you determine which products are most cost-effective for your operation. Custom designs are available, with dependable delivery from our rubber and urethane factory.
