Dur-X-Kleen® is flexible and offers accurate sizing with reduced blinding and plugging performance for products with a high near-mesh or high moisture content.

Self-Cleaning Flexible Action Keeps Openings Free

Dur-X-Kleen® is recommended for materials that are difficult to screen including products with high near-mesh content or high moisture content. Near-size material can plug openings of conventional screens. Wet, sticky, material often fills or "blinds" screen openings, especially when the product being processed has a high proportion of fines. In both cases, there are two likely results; production slowdowns and a contaminated product.

Dur-X-Kleen® comes to the rescue with molded, tapered openings and a self-cleaning flexing action that keeps openings clear. Material moves through your screens at full capacity, without time-wasting shutdowns for screen cleaning. Because Dur-X-Kleen® screens typically outlast wire cloth by up to 15 times, you spend thousands of dollars less on replacement screens, downtime and labour. The primary benefit of Dur-X-Kleen® screens, however, is to screen more efficiently, resulting in higher productivity.

Available In A Style For Your Machine

Dur-X-Kleen® self-cleaning rubber screens are available as Dur-X-Snapdeck® modular systems, which snap into place and are light enough to be installed by just one person. If you have installed another manufacturer's modular system,   Durex-Camline can manufacture rubber replacement panels to fit the framework. Side-tension screens fit into existing screen boxes. Steel cables are embedded in the rubber. Because Durex-Camline uses aircraft quality cables, you can depend on constant, proper tension of the screen surface.
